purpose. WooCommerce is required by the agreement we have with them to take appropriate
security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and
a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information

WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own corporate group to further improve the

AndersCloud86 for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of our services,
will be shared with this party. AndersCloud86 has access to your data to provide us (technical) support
, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the
agreement we have with them, AndersCloud86 is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These
security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made
to prevent loss of data.
Web hosting
Cloud86
We purchase web hosting and email services from Cloud86. Cloud86 processes
personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party
may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Cloud86 has
taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your
personal data. Cloud86 is bound to secrecy under the agreement.
E-mail and mailing lists
MailChimp
We send our email newsletters using MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own
purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website you will see the
‘unsubscribe’ link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is stored securely by MailChimp

Payment processors
Mollie
For handling (part of) the payments in our web store we use the platform of
Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address and place of residence and your payment information such as your bank account or
credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your
personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the
service and, in this context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties.
All of the above safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to those parts of Mollie’s service for which it engages third parties. Mollie will not retain your data longer than permitted under the statutory time limits.
Shipping and logistics
DHL
When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use
the services of DHL to make the deliveries. This requires us to share your name,
address and place of residence information with DHL. DHL only uses this data for the purpose of
performing the contract. In the event that DHL engages subcontractors, DHL also makes your data
available to these parties.
Invoicing and accounting
Snelstart
To keep our records and accounts, we use the services of Snelstart. We share your name, address and residence information and details regarding your order. These details are used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is sent and stored in a protected way. Snelstart is obliged to keep your information confidential. Snelstart will not use your personal data for other purposes than described above.
